Candidate should take care of following points to avoid any inconvenience in future

अभ्यर्थी को निम्न बिन्दुओं का पूर्ण ध्यान रखना चाहिए ताकि भविष्य में संभावित समस्याओं की संभावना नहीं रहे।

01. Before filling the application form candidate must read and understand the eligibility criteria/instructions given in the attached PDF copy of Advertisement.

आवेदन फार्म भरने से पूर्व अभ्यर्थी को विज्ञापन की संलग्न पीडीएफ कॉपी में दिए गए सभी पात्रता मापदंड/निर्देशों को पढ़ एवं समझ लेने चाहिए।

02. No editing will be permitted in the application after the last date of Applcation form.

आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि के बाद आवेदन में किसी भी प्रकार का संशोधन सम्भव नहीं होगा।

03. Candidate applying for any category or relaxation must ensure that he/she is eligible for category as per guidelines and is having desired documents/certificates.

आरक्षित श्रेणी या किसी भी प्रकार की छूट के लिए आवेदन करने से पूर्व यह निश्चित करलें कि निर्देशों के अनुरूप वह उस आरक्षित श्रेणी के लिए योग्य प्रार्थी है तथा उसके पास उससे संबंधित दस्तावेज/प्रमाण-पत्र उपलब्ध है।

04. The mobile number and Email registered at the time of filling form must be operational till Recruitment process is over. All information will be communicated on registered mobile number or Email. Lack of information due to change or block of registered mobile number or Email will be the responsibility of candidate himself/herself. Any Queries related to Application form will be entertained only, when it is received from the registered Email Id.

फार्म भरते समय जिस मोबाइल नं0 एवं ईमेल को पंजीकृत किया गया है वह भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने तक चालू रखें। सभी सूचनाएं पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं0 या ईमेल पर दी जायेगी। पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं0 एवं ईमेल परिवर्तन या बन्द होने से सूचना के अभाव की जिम्मेदारी अभ्यर्थी स्वयं की होगी। आवेदन फार्म से संबंधित किसी भी जानकारी हेतु पंजीकृत ईमेल से मेल प्राप्त होने पर ही विचार किया जा सकता है|

05. Candidate should use his/her own or parents’ mobile number only

अभ्यर्थी केवल स्वयं या माता पिता के मोबाइल नं0 का ही उपयोग करें।

06. After filling preliminary information, the option for depositing the fee will be available and after successful deposition of fee, candidate should fill up the application form and take print out compulsorily for his/her reference.Plese visit website frequently regarding regular updates.

प्रारम्भिक सूचनाएं भरने के बाद, फीस जमा करवाने का विकल्प मिलेगा एवं आवेदन शुल्क जमा होने के बाद ही अभ्यर्थी आवेदन-पत्र भरे एवं उसका प्रिन्ट आउट अपने संदर्भ के लिए अवश्य लेवें । नियमित अपडेट के संबंध में कृपया वेबसाइट पर बार-बार देखें।

07.Candidate can fill up the application form after depositing fee. However, the admit card of the candidate will be issued only after bank verification of receipt of fee & admit card information will be communicated through SMS on registered mobile number or Email only.

अभ्यर्थी फीस जमा करने के बाद आवेदन-पत्र भर सकेगें, अभ्यर्थी का प्रवेश पत्र बैंक के द्वारा फीस जमा का सत्यापन होने के पश्चात ही जारी होगा। प्रवेश पत्र की सूचना पंजीकृत मोबाइल नं0 पर एसएमसए या ईमेल के द्वारा ही दी जायेगी।

08. Note down and keep your user ID (Reg. No.) and password safely, it can be used by any one for making change in your application form. If it happens candidate himself or herself will be responsible.

अपना यूजर आईडी (पंजीकरण नंबर) व पासवर्ड लिख लेवे एवं सुरक्षित रखें क्योंकि इसका उपयोग किसी के द्वारा आपके आवेदन पत्र में संशोधन किया जा सकता है। इस प्रकार के संशोधन के लिए अभ्यर्थी स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

09. Candidates are advised to keep complete detail of account from which fee has been deposited. Viz. Name of account holder, account number, name of bank and branch, date of transaction, transaction Id etc.

जिस खाते से शुल्क जमा करवाया गया है, अभ्यर्थी को उसकी पूरी जानकारी अपने पास रखनी चाहिए, जैसे खातेदार का नाम, खाता संख्या, बैंक का नाम व शाखा तथा लेनदेन की तिथि, लेनदेन का ब्यौरा इत्यादि।

10. Before filling the application form, keep ready scanned copy of all relevant documents, photograph with signature, right-Hand Thumb Impression [if a candidate is not having thumb, then right-hand index finger impression, or left-hand thumb impression(in case of without right hand)], certificates, etc.are to be uploaded in the respective fields.

आवेदन पत्र भरने से पहले, सभी प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों की स्कैन कॉपी तैयार रखें, हस्ताक्षर के साथ फोटोग्राफ, दाहिने हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान [यदि किसी उम्मीदवार के पास अंगूठा नहीं है, तो दाहिने हाथ की तर्जनी का निशान, या बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे का निशान (दाहिना हाथ नही होने पर)], प्रमाण पत्र, आदि संबंधित क्षेत्रों में अपलोड किए जाने हैं।
